This image is a double exposure I made from a film camera. This photo was part of a project I had done for my research class where I learned how to make double exposures using only a film camera. This photo is of someone holding a show ball with a picture of trees combined together by two different exposures. I decided to talk about this image because this was my favourite image from the project. I love taking double exposures because it can give an image a totally different feeling and they make you think. I am very interested in how these types of images are created, not just how they look. Learning about that makes me appreciate other people's work more. I did this because I am inspired by surreal photography and wanted to make it using a more natural way instead of just using photoshop. These photos are very dream-like. I feel that if you're making art why not make it something no one has ever seen with just their bare eyes.
